Grace has been acting for clients in the creative industries for well over twenty years. She has been particularly involved in Canadian publishing issues.

Grace has done extensive board work and stepped into the role of Executive Director of PEN Canada for a year, giving her first-hand knowledge of the legal requirements and operations of not-for-profits.

She holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LLB from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
